When I lived in Japan, my buddy introduced me to kurogoma ice cream, and although it seemed pretty strange at first, now it's one of my favourite ice cream flavours. I picked up an ice cream maker at Costco last month and I'd like to try making it here.
I know black sesame seeds are available in most grocery stores, but I'd like to know if anyone has seen black sesame paste available, and if so where. Also, any idea what it's called in Korean?
