I got bored and am working my way through the entire Survivor series. I would really love to go someplace and learn to live off the land. I was thinking that after this contract I might do just that.

What is the best place to go for that? Not just for camping, but also a place that has tours which teach you survival skills.

Borneo has jungle tours so I heard.

I think some parts of Northern Thailand or Philippines would be good.

If you're looking for total immersion, I'd suggest Papua New Guinea. Bring your own machete.
