... I get a lot. So many I have to write them down in a notebook or I forget. That's part of having a business degree that focused on entrepreneurship. We were trained to see a need and how to fill it.
The thing is, I'm not certain on business law in Korea. Sure I could move money around from country to country long enough and stay under the radar, but I've always been the type to do things by the book.
Other business owners here... how did you get started? How about initial funding? Are there loans available? I know Korea is actually trying to encouraging foreign investment, so how can I go about getting a piece of that?
I'd love to hear your stories. Of course "I opened a hagwon" stories are great, but I'd also like to hear of some more unique businesses that have been started by foreigners here as well.
Thanks |

The Seoul Global Center has all the information you seek.
They have pages and books and brochures and entire government agencies dedicated to just this topic.
Time to head over there (3rd floor of the Seoul Press Center (behind city hall)).
