As the title asks, I am out in Ansan and don't really venture an hour subway ride into Seoul if closed.

| I don't know for sure, but I don't see why not. Its a rather big shopping holiday with all the kids out of school and every place I can think of was open last year. A business would have to be insane to shut down with so many people out. |
