Which is best - preferred customer rate at a bank (slightly better than their posted rates) or one of the money changers opposite McDonalds in Itaewon? Are there any other money changers in Seoul (Myong dong, Dongdaemun, etc)?
Also, any more likely to get counterfeit bills from the money changers?
