So i have never changed anything on my visa. I got here in June 2010 (before the e2 changes). I want to transfer to a new job in June and extend my visa.
Will I need new paperwork? Or just this....
Letter of release.
New contract
Passport
ARC card
Business License number of the new school
Has anyone out there changed jobs recently? Let me know how it went. I've heard from here and friends that they didnt need any new doc's (like the fbi cbc) |

They MAY ask for new paperwork. They will allow you time to get it.
You will have to acknowledge (sign) that you are aware that you need to get it if they want it.
For a transfer you will need:
ARC
passport
new contract
LOR (if leaving your old job early)
sponsorship form (guarantee)
Copy of the new job business registration
application
30k won.
