I'm trying to eat healthier, and some days I like to buy precooked food.

How healthy is the precooked chicken at places like Lotte Mart, Homeplus, and Emart?

its pretty good tasting to be honest. as far as health concerns, im not entirely sure about that exactly, but i havent died from it lol. Il tell u something to watch out for though, whenever you go to fam marts/lil shops and even places like emart or home plus they have those pre packaged sandwiches which cost anywhere from 1200 - 3000 won. BEWARE of those. I bought 3 of them that stated fresh (first day of the good til cycle) and ate 2 of them within a day of each other. The next day had cramps and pains in my ab area. happened twice. i AVOID those at all costs.

Chickens are the most abused animals on earth. If you could see how they were raised, their living conditions and how they were killed then you'd never want to eat them.

^^^

It'd be extraordinarily difficult in Korea.

'Earthlings' is a good film.
