There was a great place near Hongik University (across from Record Forum music store) but it closed recently due to new construction. Does anyone know if they reopened in another location? Or, is there a similar grilled place anywhere in the Seoul area?

It wasn't one of those places with fish tanks in front, by the way. A meal for two (two grilled fish, rice, side dishes) cost about 20,000 won there. Sure do miss it.

I know one but a bunch of fat teachers always go to it. Not sure you would enjoy it.

From what i remember izakaya does grilled fish for about 5000 won.

Don't delude yourself - I never saw any fat people there at the grilled fish restaurant; mostly health conscious people. I think the people of girth were probably down the street at the fast food place...........

I think steamed fish is healthier.

There are some good places in Jogno 3 ga near the station exit 12.
