Has anybody been issued an E2 visa from the Korean consulate in Beijing recently?
Do you have to have a working visa and/or residence permit for China
to be able to do this? |

You also have to factor in the ability to get and the cost of a Chinese entry visa.
If you have had a previous E2 you do not need to be a resident or have a (Chinese) work visa in China to get an E2 from the Korean consulate/embassy in China.
