| I went to immigration with my co-teacher and submitted the paperwork on April 25th. I've still not received my card. Is this normal? |

At the point you submitted everything, you should have been given a piece of paper with a date on it on which to collect your ARC.
If you haven't got such a paper, get someone at your school to call immi.
An ARC should only take about a week to process. |

| They should have given you a receipt with a pick-up date. It usually takes a week, but I have seen people wait 3 weeks before. Also if you opted for delivery this can add up to 3-4 days extra and with the 2 holidays things can be slow. You can just call the immigration line, it's 1345. |

My co-teacher said that the card would be mailed, so that we would not need to pick it up.
It was the Jeonju immigration office. Does anyone have experience with this office? |
