what is the number i can dial to get in touch with them? I sent out a request for my FBI record and this is what I received from them a month ago stating:
"Contact with courier services has necessitated a change in the FBI CJIS Division's procedure for mailing of record requests. We will only return your request using Federal Express as the courier. Credit card numbers as a method of payment will no longer be accepted for return delivery. CJIS will only return via FedEx with a valid account number, that will be verified before submission is mailed. We regret any inconvenience due to this change."
Has anyone else received this as well? |

| I know it is on the FAQ page - if you google FBI criminal background check and check their website, you will see something about a FAQ. They have a fax number and a number you can call for information there. |
