Please, if anyone uses KEB on line banking for transfers to another country I could use some help. I went to KEB and they put in the bank details in Thailand I wanted. And then told me the wrong place to go on the site to make the transfer. I have been playing around on the site but find it anything but intuitive. Any help? KEB is not calling back. |

The first time I used it, I had a number for an English speaking customer service rep and she walked me through a couple of things. Honestly, it was probably the best service I had ever had while banking in Korea. The interface is a bit confusing, partly because of the poorly translated English, and partly for the design, but once you learn to navigate it (took me maybe an hour the first time) it's a straight up breeze.
In any case, get the number for the English speaking help desk and give them a call. |
