So what are the pros and cons of each? I know that EPIK has more requirements with certificates and specific degrees.

But, which one is more preferable?

regular pay, no issues about NPS or NHIC, 1.7% tax rates (tax exempt for 2 years if you are not Canadian) , 4-6 weeks of paid annual vacation time, relocation allowance, no worry about airfare or severance, 40 hour work week (88 classes per month), ....

VS

pay issues, no NPS or NHIC (regardless of what your contract says), double tax rate, worry about severance and airfare (or no return airfare in the contract), 10 days annual vacation, ....

I know which one I prefer.
