So I'm looking to take out the Super Drive on my 13" Unibody Macbook and install another HDD. Does anyone know a place in Korea that does this?

I don't know where you can get this done in Korea, but it shouldn't be too hard to find someone to do it.
I would encourage you to try to do it yourself, though. You can get a replacement 2.5" drive bay off Ebay for pretty cheap. It's not a difficult swap to perform, either. |
