| I just bought a Daewoo DVD-VHS combo and I want to make the DVD player region free. Any ideas on how to do this? |

If it's this model:
DVC-3000
Then it's already region free.
Otherwise do a search with your model number and 'region free' or 'region free hack' or something similar. I tried a hack on a Samsung DVD and it didn't work so don't get your hopes up. The site I listed may have more info and links for you. |

I've heard (maybe on this board somewhere, but I can't seem to find it) that you can make DVD players region free by adding a chip of some sort. Anyone know about this?
