okay,

so I am working at a University in busan but I miss Seoul. I want to get a letter of release from this job, and move to a University in Seoul. I have an interview next week.

QUESTIONS:
how easy is it to transfer, mid-contract (assuming my school agrees to let me go)?
does this affect my police check/degree notorized status (which is currently on hold as immigration allowed a grace period - my docs are in Canada currently)?
Is the grace period for submitting cbc's and degree notorizations (canada) still in effect?
