Has anyone ever encountered Norwegian brown cheese at foreign food supply stores in Seoul or anywhere else in Korea?
Its Norwegian name is brunost, but Wikipedia tells me the type is also known as gjetost in North America.
Although I have a gut feeling that I'll never find this particular type of cheese in Korea through an ordinary commercial channel, it wouldn't hurt to ask around. |

Is the deli that was next to the (now gone) Hannam Market still there? They might have some. Man, I could blow a whole paycheck at that place. |
