|
|
Hello,
I was fortunate in my frist few years here to live in a small but friendly city on the coast. I worked for the EPIK program and was provided a 1 bedroom apartment. Recently I changed provinces and to my dismay I discovered that most provincial education offices only provide studio apartments. I would be willing to provide my own accomodations however the key rate is too high here. I need to know where the best place to go is to find either an education office which provides reasonable accomodation or any area where the key rate is an affordable option.
Thanks, |

| You know, you could try to bargain with the key money. We had our key money reduced by 80% and just pay about 100k more per month on rent. It was totally worth it. |

I also lucked out with a really sweet pad.
Well aware that my situation is the exception to the rule- most people around me opt to be placed in La Festa/Daehwa (officetels) |
