Just a quick question about obtaining a C4 visa :

I know when you apply for an E2, it's necessary for your boss to send all the documents to Kimmi first and get a Visa application number, and then you apply with this to the Embassy.

Is this the same with C4 visas, or do you just take everything straight to the Embassy for those? I seem to recall that's how it was last time I got a C4, but that was about 3 years ago... I'm hoping to apply at the embassy in London when I'm visiting next month.
