So, my school is a bit of a joke, haven't worked there too long. Think Im going to go home for a while, maybe come back in a month and do it all again.

Ok, so I understand my visa will be cancelled when I leave the country. Then you just have to start the process again, hopefully I will sort it all out back home so I don;t have to do a visa run. I was just wondering if immi. authorities at Mokdong would give me my degree back if I asked? I got it apostilled for a hundred bucks back home, don't really want to go to hassle of getting it apostileld again. Will Immi possibly give it back to me or if they keep it, can get my new visa issuance number with the apostilled degree they already have?

It's a bit ridiculous that you have to prove every time that you have a legitimate degree.

People have been getting contradictory advice from Kimmi, which I supposed isnt really a surprise.

Some people have been told that they will be able to use the degree and CBC that are on file as long as they do not go home for too long. However, I believe that the collective belief on this board is that no one has successfully done this yet. If they have, I would love to hear about it.

On your apostilled degree: no, it is gone.

On a side note though, why did you pay a few hundred $$ to get it apostiled? It only costs 10-20 bucks to get it done at the SoS office, and you can mail it there yourself, you dont need a service to do it.
