|
|
I left early into my contract not long ago and am entertaining the idea of returning. Now certainly the biggest thing to consider is that if I left early once what's to say I wouldn't leave early again, but there's some other questions I could use some help with:
- Can I re-apply and get another E2 visa even though my old one still has several months left on it (although it was was stamped upon my departure and I'm sure it's invalid now) or would I have to wait until after my old E2 would have naturally expired?
- Does immigration (or whoever is in charge of this) pay attention to past history and deny E2's on the basis of leaing very early in the past?
- If your past employer is bitter, can they do anything to influence the process and make it difficult for you to get another E2?
- I wasn't there long enough to obtain an ARC, is that relevant? |

No ARC = no re-entry privilege; departure = cancellation of visa.
no worry about returning. Just pick a different area.
