Hi All,
I expect to be vacating my officetel within the next month or sooner and thought I'd help the realtor find someone to smooth things over AND because hopefully I can find someone to buy my household effects in lot, or close to it.
This place is 10th floor in Bundang, near AK plaza, on the main bus line, and it's kitted out well. I'm guesstimating that all of my kit, down to the linens would be about 1.5 mil. Here are some pics...

I've paid 10 million won down, pay 700,000 won a month rent, utilities and "fees" total approx. 200,000 won a month, and I have Skylife (satellite) already installed if anyone wants to take it over.
I don't know if the rent will stay the same or whether you can strike a deal on the realtor fee if I introduce.
If anyone is interested please get in touch and we can go over things more thoroughly.

If you found someone to take over your lease, then there shouldn't be any real estate fees.
If the real estate agency found someone for you then there would be some fees involved. |

Cheers.
I hope that is the case for any potential renter I would introduce. |
