I need a US Apostille on my notarized degree for Korean immigration. I am currently in the Philippines. I already have a job that should start in June, but the problem is the working visa. How to do this for my degree from the Philippines, without going to or relying on someone from the US, and without a US method of payment and without a US prepaid stamp or envelope?As of now, my copy of my degree is signed and notarized by a Philippine notary as a true copy and I have the notary's copy of certification and creditionals as well. Thankyou for your help and support.
