Just wondering where would be the best place for fingerprinting in Suwon. i know most places do them, but what particular station should i go to that is less of a hassle (i.e, understanding of English and all that jazz). I just want an in and out without having to deal with 'did they do it right?'

Go to the 2nd floor of the West Suwon Police Department (서수원경찰서). The Crime Scene Investigation unit (that's right, CSI) has fingerprinting technicians and they know the drill. You have to print the cards out yourself from the FBI web site on card stock.
