Hot rods- Similar to Pepperettes but more synthetic. Sealed in plastic.

Pop bottle caps- Small candies that were flavoured like pop.

Fun dip- Powdered candy and candy sticks

Candy cigarettes. I remember these from my youth. You eat them. They looked like real cigarettes.

Hickery sticks- I've seen things that look like these in Korea. The Korean variation is made with sweet potatoe

I saw a packet of fun dip not long ago. And in Korea nonetheless. Don't ask me where my student got it from though...

Korean things that are no longer available

NEX beer was available in the early ninties. It disappeared around the late ninties.

Places serving things like Wine Samyup sal and becoming few and far between. It was basically a regular chunk of Samgyup sal covered in tin foil and cooked and sliced on the fire.

i remember reese's pieces used to be hard to find, but they seem to have made a minor comeback.
