You could try out Xanadu Travel in Itaewon. The staff speaks English pretty well. I'm not sure if you could get tickets to Cape Town, but it's worth a try!

Try
http://sohotravel.co.kr/
http://shoestring.kr/eng/
both are quite reliable with replying to e-mails and getting good prices.
Can't comment on personal experiences of Xanadu apart from what I've read on here which have not been so favourable.
Or even better, book online through
www.onlinetour.co.kr
Often better prices than the agents. You have to be able to read hangul. |

Try Unique Travel in Itaewon. They have great service and English-speaking agents. Ken is especially helpful. Here's their info.: www.uniquetravel.co.kr. / 02-792-0606 |

I advise toptravel.co.kr but do it in Korean and if you aren't fluent in Korean, get a Korean to help you. |

Seems the English-speaking travel agents charge more just because they provide service in English. |
