Sorry there was a similar thread about this earlier but was hoping to get a quick response about this. I had a couple of incidents with the law here but nothing overly serious, never got up in court or anything,but i've had to pay a couple of fines. I'm wondering will this show up on the check, the school already know about one of the fines so I'm assuming this would not be a problem or they would not offer me the option of re-signing. So is it basically if you only have been up in court that you have a record? Kinda sweating this a little.
