Hi,
I'm a freelancer who has 2 part-time jobs and no insurance. How do I go about to obtaining health insurance? Also, I live in Ilsan... Are there are offices near here for me to do this?

| You can get health insurance BUT you have to pay for the time you were not insured up to three years. Go to the nearest branch of the National Health Insurance Service or so. |

The backpay is negotiable. Argue it down to a smaller amount. Say you were out of the country for a while, or that you don't make that much, etc... |
