Search function on this forum has failed me yet again. (or maybe I failed the search function...)

Is there anyway to get a .hwp editor (or at least viewer) on a Mac? Does Haansoft make software for the Mac?

Supposedly they have made a version of the software in the past, but I couldn't find it.

If you have windows installed on your machine with either bootcamp or using a virtual machine, you can install a free viewer for the files.

Yeah, I was kind of hoping to stay away from Windows for a while. I spoke with the guys at the macbooth in Yongsan. They told me I have to buy the software for OSX. They wanted 55,000W for it but I think I can do better online.

NeoOffice has .hwp listed under their supported formats.

It only supports the older version of the hwp format and not that well

Hangul 2006 was released for mac os. None of the newer versions have been.

Sold out on that site, but it does exist. Not sure where you can buy it these days.

This is getting ridiculous. I have tried every format in Neo-office, to no avail. I can't find a torrent for Hangul 2006.

Anyone have any better luck? My Korean brother in law couldn't find one either.

Anyone know of a website you can actually order it from that won't cost me 175,000W?
