I'm looking for some advice on what product i need from i herb. I need some sort of protein shake or gainer, the main criteria is weight gain for now, later I will concentrate on utilizing the extra weight.
Anyone got any advice based on their own experiences? I'm looking for something that is relatively cheap and value for money, if possible.
Also, have people found creatine capsules to be effective? |

Sorry, but I can't help you with a personal recommendation on that. I've always needed to go the other way --> fat loss.
Some general recommendations I would make though are to avoid products with isolates, like protein isolates, for example. Concentrates are good, but not isolates which are an unnatural and divorced from real food nutrition.
I use a whey concentrate to aid muscle growth that I like because it is a concentrate and comes from grass-fed cows that are free of hormones who eat grass that isn't sprayed with pesticides.
This one, in fact: http://www.iherb.com/Source-Naturals-True-Whey-Premium-Protein-Powder-16-oz-453-59-g/8180?at=0
If you've new to iHerb.com, you can get a $5 discount on your 1st order by using this discount code: COC920 but it sounds like you've probably ordered from them before.
Good luck. |
