I noticed that Jeju Air's website is now available in English for people living in Korea (before the English website was only available for flights originating in Hong Kong).
I'm considering booking a flight for a long weekend either to Japan or Hong Kong with them. However I can't find any reviews on them in English. I know they're considered a budget airline, so I'm mainly wondering whether or not they cancel flights when they don't sell enough seats and how punctual they usually are.
So for any of you that have flown with them, how were they?

Thanks

I recently flew two round trips with them to both Japan and Jeju and have no complaints at all. They are a no frills airline so don't expect too much (like food on the plane) but there were no delays and everything went smoothly. The staff were nice and friendly as well.

I'm looking for a cheap fare to Hong Kong at the end of the month (June 30-July 3) but the cheapest ticket on Jeju Air is about 500,000k with taxes. That's not that cheap IMHO. Cathay Pacific is just a bit more than that!

Does anyone have any suggestions for a cheaper fare to Hong Kong, maybe around 300k RT?

How does one book with Jeju Air if their website is not in English?

Would like to go to Jeju in a couple of months.

Is it true that you can just show up at the airport and get a decent price?

It IS in English now. http://www.jejuair.net/jejuair/ko_EN/main/main.jsp

You don't get a decent fare at the airport, the mechanism is quite similar to European LCCs.

I've flown with Jeju Air a few times and no problems, except that it flies into Manila's Terminal 1, which sucks badly.

They do fly to Jeju, you just have to click on the domestic flights tab.
