Would I be dreaming if I thought I could find an one room appartment in Seoul for which no "key-money" is asked?

If one could, what would be the monthly rent in ballpark fiqures?

As you have probably noticed, a lot of the univ. position in Seoul are without housing. Instead an extra 4-5 hundred thousands won in salary is offered.
