A Russian restaurant and bar has opened up in Itaewon. Baltika is where Manila Bar used to be and the new owners have renovated the place and brought in Russian beer, too.
I believe the owners are from Russian Far East but I'm not sure that their place will get raves like the ones in Dongdaemun any time soon. I am no expert on Russian food but got a sample of the beer and it tasted like Guinness. |
