This is a serious concern of mine so I would SINCERELY appreciate it if you only answer if you KNOW for certain that you have the actual LEGAL answer:
I've been offered a contract at a smaller hagwon. Everything seems great EXCEPT for one thing. They emailed me and told me that they don't participate in the pension scheme. Now, I was always under the impression that this was a legal requirement. Was I wrong?
Are they breaking the law by refusing to participate in the pension scheme? |

they are breaking the law.
