I did a runner on my last job cancelling the visa. I was hoping to come back soon and was under the impression that I wouldn't need to submit the new documents again because I had been away from Korea for less than three months.
I have been in contact with immigration and apparantly, this is not the case after all. Looks like I will have to fork out for getting my degree apostilled again and the CBC.
I am Irish but went to a British university so Im pretty sure my own dept. of foreign affairs won't apostille my degree and will have to sort it out at Milton Keynes, England.
Anyone know if there is a cheap faster way to get it apostilled within Korea or if I can a visa issuance number and start working whilst I try to sort out the documents
Thanks. |
