I saw it last weekend at the Coex Megabox cinema. There's also a showing near Insadong. Dunno the name of the cinema.

Why bother...I thought the movie wasn't all that. It's all hype because of the controversy it's stirred up. It's basically a cruel, gross out movie and not a good one at that.

I've heard the same thing over and over.

I'll be passing.

Because as a non-traditional Christian, I'm very curious to see how a Catholic filmmaker portrays Christ. For the record, I wanted to see this before the controversy started. Cool

Your best option is to buy the DVD at the Yongsang electric market or you might be able to find a copy on the streets of Itaewan.

Most people who don't like 'The Passion of the Christ' don't understand what it's about or what it's trying to say and that's because they havn't read their bible or are atheist anyway. Don't know how anyone can sit through it and not be moved. Yes it's very violent but what happens is central to the message of the film and one mustn't stray from the broader picture of what is happening and its significance. If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

I agree...If you don't like the film, don't watch it and ignore it...simple as that...

just don't bash it, especially if you haven't even watched it...

I agree, the quality is crap. I never buy a pirate copy unless it has already been released on DVD. The picture quality is usually rubbish and the sound quality indescribable (is that grammar correct?). Also the Hollywood companies are now threatening big crackdowns on filming in the cinemas.
