I'm getting ready to depart for the West permanently. I have about 1,500,000 KRW that I need exchanged to U.S. dollars. Do I take that to the bank here in Korea or take it to the airport on the way out for exchange? Which offers the best rates based on your experiences?
Thanks |

Airports usually offer the worst exchange rates. Do it at the bank. |

The airports have the exact same exchange rate as any other branch of that same bank. If it's KEB at the airport, that'll be the same rate as any KEB branch. That's the truth. |
