I know an F-4 holder with a 2 yr degree currently working at a public school. But lower pay scale, so he wants to switch. But not finding any luck with a new job. Anyone know of a recruiter or what ever that deals with 2 yr degree? |

If you mean an "Associate of ......" degree (not a bachelor) then his options are very limited.
His ONLY option in the PS sector is the "internship" or TaLK program.
In the private sector there is NO "legal" option as a teacher (since a bachelors degree is required by the ministry of education) but a some grunt work on the ground will land him work in a hagwan as long as he holds an American passport AND if he is any good at teaching he will quickly move up in terms of salary and work options.
A third option is to start networking and move into a non-teaching job.
