There are two companies

The first company has:

signed contract
e-2 health form
resume

the first company needs me to submit:
FBI CBC
passport photos
passport copy
degree

The second school has offered me a tremendously better offer! Is it still possible to switch schools?

I am in America trying to get to Seoul.
