I am looking for someone to take over the lease of my 3 bedroom apartment A.S.A.P


The rent is 1 Million Won and Key money is 10 Million Won. The landlord was asking for 15 Million won but she accepted 10.


My lease expires in March of 2012. I would like to rent the 3rd bedroom for the remainder of my stay if possible. If not, that is ok, I will find some short-term stay elsewhere.


The apartment is located up the hill from Paris Baguette.


It has 2 large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. The larger bedrooms are big enough to comfortably furnish with a queen-sized bed, small sofa, big screen T.V, wardrobe, and dresser. The bathroom is clean and has a small bathtub. There is also a laundry and storage area. There is sole access to the rooftop as well.


The apartment is almost fully furnished with the following:


Kitchen - Large refridgerator, Stove/Oven, microwave, toaster oven.

Living room - Sofa, Chair, coffee table, desk, air-conditioner.

Large bedroom: Queen-sized bed, wardrobe, dresser. (I use a portable air-con which I can sell)

Large bedroom #2: Wardrobe, Air-conditioner

Small bedroom: Wardrobe

Storage Room: Washer
