cbssportsline.com does the whole thing live online. it's fantastic. you do have to sign up (they make it seem as if there's a limited number of slots, I dunno, maybe there is).
you also have channelsurfing.net, which will probably have lower quality.
you're not gonna find it in a bar, at least as far as i know. |

You need to sign up for an invite, but it took me 24 hours to get one. My boyfriend loves that he can now watch full NBA games (with commercials, which you can fast forward through), and Sports Center. |

ncaasports.com, free and the quality is fantastic. sign up early because they are expecting huge amounts of traffic. if you get one of their vip passes you get to move to the front of the line if there are more than 500,000 people online |
