| I had an open class a couple of weeks ago. The EPIK Education Supervisor from my district was present, as were my principal, VP, and a few other Korean teachers from the other classes. Afterwards, we had a meeting (minus the Korean teachers) and the education supervisor summarized the positives and negatives of my teaching methods. At the end of the meeting, the education supervisor was given my evaluation forms (filled out by the other Korean teachers) before he left. My question is: am I allowed to see my evaluation forms or get copies? I know the comments will be written in Korean, but I can always get Korean friends to translate for me. |
