I was talking to a Korean and was told that you can actually ask a seller at a tent or other open air market to have whatever you bought shipped to your house. He or she will call the tech-bay guy, they're pick it up on the spot and issue a receipt.

I didn't think this was possible because its not a run of the mil brick and mortar store. Has anyone done this before?
