I'm on an E2 visa. I recently quit my job of over 3 years, without a letter of release. I informed immigration and they told me that I have 1 month to leave Korea. However, if I decide to apply for another E2 visa or camp visa, without re-visiting my home country, do I need a new CRC?
One recruiter I spoke to said I wouldn't need an new one. |

If they have appostiled copies of your degree and apostilled NATIONAL CBC on file you shouldn't need a new one to get a new job (even with a new visa).
If you did NOT have them on file you will need new ones for a new visa.
Since you are on the 30 day exit you can't do a transfer even if you did find an employer and managed to get a LOR. A new visa is necessary.
