Hi~
I will qualify for probably all of these visas shortly and was wanting advice on which one is better for the F2's or F5 or which one was easier to get for the F2-s or F-2-99.
On another note, I was told that an F5 would pay more taxes than an F2 series and that many universities would be less likely to hire an F5 because they are basically Korean and might be able to demand a tenure position. This is not the case where I am but wanted to hear what others have to say.
Thanks and any legititimate info is appreciated. |

F5 is the best choice if you qualify.
It is permanent residence. It also allows you more rights than the F2's.
The others (F2's) are NOT permanent, require regular renewals and you can lose them.
The taxes are the same.
