hi all,

if any of the forum experts could please advise,

i have a pharmacy package order from australia that hasn't arrived after 3 weeks. i've ordered many times before never had a problem. it is delivered by regular mail so there is no online tracking.

the post office hasn't left a card on my door or in my letter box, so i dont know if maybe its being held at customs? other than calling the pharmacy company, is there anything else i could do?

i could ring korea post office or customs but without a reference# im not sure they could locate my package on their computer system.

what do you mean by a pharmacy package from Australia? if it is any item that is on the PBS it is illegal to have that item sent out of Australia and can be taken by customs in Aus (c:/ border security )

Although it may be too late, I always get people to write my phone number on the package so that if something happens they can simply call me up and talk about what happened- if something did in fact occur.

It's probably lost or being held at customs. If there is a contact phone number on the package's label, they would have contacted you already.

The same thing happened to me. I order some bike parts with cheapest delivery option (no tracking) from the UK and I never got it. Luckily, the online retailer was gracious enough to send me a replacement order free of charge. The replacement order got to my home within a week.
