"Nancy Grace is a vile and mean- spirited person. my biggest question is: WHY is she allowed to get away with it on national tv. she completely embarrassed herself on good morning america with her horrendous and immature constant interruption of Dan Abrams when he tried to make his point AFTER she had bellowed hers loud and clear. she and her "lowlife ilk" (esp. Jane Velez Mitchell) have turned a sad and emotional trial of a dead 2 year old gir into their version of the SUPER BOWL and it is sickening!!! from live broadcasts outside at the courthouse, "fans" behind them with signs, which legal team "WON" today and they "knocked it out of the park". i will bet MONEY that someone involved with this trial is going to get seriously hurt and/or killed because of the despicable way.

Mrs. Grace has whipped up this VENGEFUL emotion in people who are so unstable they would rather camp out for court tickets than be with their families on a national holiday. grace will continue to exploit Caylee's death for ratings and money- and the saddest thing is i am confident that she and her suck up staffers are lining up the next dead little girl to cover Nancy for a few more years (maybe Mrs. grace can find a dead 2 year old girl named bailey to keep her sick "rhyming" coverage intact).

PEOPLE- wake up and stop giving this "human vulture" her ratings and she will go away and make the world a better place- and take JVM and dr. drew and judge Jeanine and judge Alex and Vinnie Politico, ETC. AD NAUSEUM. i hope God sets up a "special wing" for y'all to hang out in!!!!!!!!!!!!!"



Nancy Grace Casey Anthony

The verdict on the case of Casey Anthony has been announced on Tuesday. Right after the reading, Casey�s lawyer, J.Cheney Mason mentioned that media was to blame for the wrong accusation of Anthony. He didn�t say the name, but everyone knew that �media� actually stands for Nancy Grace.

Nancy Grace is a television host and journalist and is widely known for her outspoken and combative manner. Nancy is extremely pushy and does not let anyone get a word against her, which has earned her the �TV Bulldozer� and �Nancy Dis Grace� nicknames. Nancy Grace used to be a prosecutor and she has been convicted of several cases of prosecutional misconduct. In both cases, her actions lead to the wrong accusation and unfair judgement. After having been interviewed by Nancy Grace, 21-year-old Melinda Duckett committed a suicide.
When Caylee Anthony went missing, Nancy Grace took a strong interest in the case. She kept plugging in her kids in order to make all parents in the audience relate. She was the one who gave Casey Anthony the nickname of �Tot Mom�. Since the very beginning, Nancy accused Casey Anthony of killing her daughter. After Anthony was found non guilty, Grace said :
�The state sits looking, frankly, shell-shocked,� Grace said. �They can absolutely not believe Caylee�s death has gone unavenged. � The Tot Mom will be walking free.� When she found out that Casey Anthony�s lawyer was celebrating the victory, she added that this is horrible because �Caylee is dead� and her body has already decomposed. Nancy also said: �As the defense sits by and has their Champagne toast after that not-guilty [verdict], somewhere out there, the Devil is dancing tonight,�

I can't stand her either. I remember when I was back in the US and she devoted her entire show to that case every day. She's a bad symptom of how the American media doesn't really seem to care about presenting the news anymore. It's just all about these talking heads who are just interested in telling you what they think. They don't care about balanced coverage.

I think she's just interested in exploiting it on a tabloid level. There are plenty of other things she could talk about and just do a daily 10 minute update or something. There can't be that much that is newsworthy about the case that she has to devote the whole show to it every day. And she should have stuck to presenting the facts and not telling people what they should think. Journalism just has no integrity anymore. It just violates people's privacy to get ratings.

I remember when she played a conversation between Casey Anthony and her mother on TV. It wasn't protected because it was using a jail telephone but I still think it's a violation of her privacy on a moral level unless she was saying something incriminating. To play that on national TV is just wrong.

I sometimes find it interesting to watch her show but I usually end up turning the channel because I'm so put off by her personality. I remember her telling of a defense attorney after he was trying to tell her it's his job to defend his client.

Nancy Grace is an example of why Korea might be on to something with its overly stringent libel laws.

I'm afraid that Nancy Grace is not the illness but a symptom of a greater disease.

Purient interests are what drive a lot of the news, that and commerce. The days of Edward R Murrow and Walter Cronkite have given way to exploiting murdered and abused children, especially if those children are White and female. There is nowhere near the outrage when the children are Black.

In like manner, the Fox network has found a gold in mining Populist sentiment with never a care for presenting information as fact, but rather in representing opinion as information.

For myself, I have found that CBS (Columbia Broadcasting) and PBS (Public Broadcasting) in the States and BBC in the UK and in America are the best sources for information. Even they have their off days. Oddly enough, I have occassionally found Al Jazerra to have some pretty balanced reporting (IMHO).
