Is that the one in Gangnam? Given that their business website has been suspended/expired, a situation which a going concern wouldn't usually allow to happen, how did you even start the booking process from the beginning?
Anyway, you must remember the details of your flight schedule if you have paid the agency, then you can contact respective airliner directly to verify whether your booking detail is in their database, valid and fully paid. If your carrier says no, then you're in a real problem. All you need out of an ordinary e-ticket form is the 6-letter PNR/booking code which you can retrieve from the airliner as well, ASSUMING your payment has been properly handed over to the airliner by Zenith. |

Something is up these people as of late, there was a whole other thread on it. I've used them several times and everything was always great. When I emailed about flights, always got a quick response that was cheaper than what I could find on my own. Within 48 hours of sending my money, had the eticket emailed to me.
THEN, the last time I used them things went about the way you're describing them now. I bought my ticket about 2 months before the flight and wasn't real concerned when I didn't get my eticket right away. Then a few weeks out, started emailing and calling. Finally I just went to the office to see what was up. The guy did a bunch of typing real quick like, printed off my eticket and I was out the door. It was only when I was back in my apartment that I noticed that my flight departure time was 7 hours later than what the initial reservation had been for. |

haven't booked through them...but heard many nightmare stories about either e-mailing you very late on with the e-ticket or just not booking your agreed itinerary....instead a different ticket at a later/worse time....just what I heard though.
Edit: Just read the above post...seems like a similar story. |

Dudes, get a Korean friend to book via a cheap place regardless of English ability. Many travel agents who speak English charge a premium.
Better yet, book online via sites like toptravel.co.kr or tourexpress.com. |
