I'm into my eighth month at my school and they finally admit they can't move forward. I had less than a month to do it ( I was never officially told actually, which was lovely) , but I found a job and transferred (Kimmi was a blast as always).

My question is this: am I entitled to anything due to the short notice and the closing due to bankruptcy? I never recieved any paid vacation promised (four weeks), and I'm obviously out of luck with my severence and plane ticket.

If they actually went bankrupt you can file a claim with the labor office for unpaid monies.

Getting the blood out of the stone is another matter.
