hi all,
if any of the forum experts can please advise..
if a person works while on an F3 spouse visa and is subsequently caught by immigration......is the penalty any of the following?
-fine
-deportation
-both
-at the discretion immigration
also can/will the partner's E2 visa be also cancelled and barred from teaching again?

Fine = yes.
Detention = possible while the case is determined.
Deportation = unlikely but it is at the discretion of the immigration officer in charge of the case.
Consequences for the sponsor = notation in your immigration file and potential problems at renewal time.
